Are you going through a life transition: loss of a loved one, pet loss, separation/divorce, job loss, relocation, questioning spirituality, retirement, empty nest, aging, medical diagnosis? Do you find yourself preoccupied with questions about the meaning of life? Do you feel overwhelmed with responsibilities or expectations? It is time to rediscover your inner peace.
Through existential therapy, mindfulness, meditation and evidence-based practices I help clients improve their self-esteem and independence. We build a realistic detailed action plan together, I support you every step of the way and you progress with confidence.
Clients dealing with trauma who prefer not to discuss their past benefit from solution-focused therapy, which is concerned with the present and future changes.
Most of my clients deal with life transitions, anxiety and relationship issues. A typical treatment plan is between 6 and 12 sessions. Clients share feeling relief since the first session. They receive resources to continue working on their progress between sessions.
Other people discover the benefits of long-term therapy and after the initial objective is achieved they maintain bi-weekly or monthly sessions to optimize their mental wellbeing.
