Personal growth is facilitated when the client has strong family support. Through couples counselling / couples therapy we can address various concerns including but not limited to: family conflict, codependency, infidelity, cultural or religious differences, parenting, infertility, grief, divorce, domestic violence. 

Couples session 180$

In person session in Brossard or virtual naturopathic consultation. Discussion about your health history, current problem and custom prescription for aromatherapy products adapted to your needs. Products are sold separately.

Aromatherapy consultation 160$

In person Brossard session or distant mindfulness therapy and guided meditation with relaxing music and if in person with aromatherapy.

Single session, 50 min, 160 $

Meditation classes teach you how to create your meditative space, how to build and maintain your practice and how to connect through different spiritual methods.
