We work with adults seeking support for grief, trauma, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and deeper questions related to meaning, identity, or spirituality. Many clients are thoughtful and self-aware individuals who feel that something unresolved remains beneath the surface and are looking for more than symptom management.
Our work is trauma-informed and integrative. We offer psychotherapy and spiritual counselling using approaches such as EMDR, mindfulness-based and somatic practices, existential therapy, and meaning-oriented approaches tailored to each client’s needs.

Session frequency depends on your needs and goals. EMDR can be highly effective, but it is not appropriate for every situation or at every stage. Initial sessions focus on assessment, stabilization, and determining whether EMDR or another trauma-informed approach is the best fit for your needs.
