OUR APPROACH

We offer a structured, trauma-informed approach to couples therapy, creating a space where both partners feel heard and respected.

Our work may include:

  • Practical communication tools (informed by CBT & DBT)
  • Exploring patterns and emotional responses within the relationship
  • Supporting regulation during difficult conversations
  • Addressing deeper experiences that may be impacting the relationship


When helpful, we may also explore how past experiences or stressors are shaping how you relate to one another today.

SESSION FORMAT

The recommended duration for couples sessions is 90 minutes, allowing enough time to:


  • Slow down conversations
  • Work through conflict more effectively
  • Ensure both partners feel heard


This extended format supports deeper, more meaningful progress.

WHO THIS IS FOR
