Spiritually Integrated & Existential Therapy

Major life transitions often bring emotional, relational, spiritual, and existential challenges that can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about who you are becoming. A spiritually integrated and trauma-informed approach offers a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.

In our work, we may focus on:

  • processing emotional pain, grief, or unresolved experiences
  • exploring meaning, purpose, spirituality, and personal values
  • restoring a sense of balance, grounding, and inner connection

Our approach integrates evidence-based therapies including EMDR, mindfulness-based, somatic, and existential approaches, tailored to your unique needs and experiences.

Grief & Loss

Grief is a deeply human response to loss and change. While often associated with the death of a loved one, grief can also emerge after the end of a relationship, a medical diagnosis, changes in identity, or major life transitions.

There is no “right” way to grieve. Some experiences may feel overwhelming, isolating, or difficult to put into words—especially when loss is sudden, complex, or carries emotional and spiritual questions.

Therapy offers a compassionate space to process grief at your own pace, honour your experience, and gradually reconnect with meaning, stability, and emotional healing.

Life Transitions & Deeper Exploration

Major life transitions — such as relationship changes, career shifts, illness, relocation, parenthood, or changes in identity — can bring uncertainty, emotional overwhelm, and a sense of disconnection from yourself or your direction in life.

These experiences often invite deeper reflection around meaning, purpose, relationships, spirituality, and personal growth. Therapy offers a grounded and supportive space to explore these questions with compassion and curiosity, while helping you navigate change in a way that feels more aligned, intentional, and emotionally sustainable.

How Therapy Works

Therapy begins with an initial session to explore your experiences, current challenges, and what feels most important for you at this stage of your life.

Sessions are guided collaboratively and paced with care, creating space for emotional processing, self-reflection, and meaningful inner work in a grounded and supportive environment.

While therapy may explore past experiences and patterns, the focus remains on helping you move through life with greater clarity, connection, resilience, and self-understanding.
